We offer 1 on 1 online programming. Whether it be for a meet 6 months out, or just getting stronger. We offer custom programming unique to your needs. You won't find cookie cutter programs here.

Are you local to Ft Worth area in Texas? We are offering one on one training. Perfect for new lifters to learn form, or even experienced lifters looking to refine and maximize their technique.

The gym is in a brand new 30' x 30' shop with all the best Rogue equipment and everything you'll need to meet your strength goals.

In person coaching will be available on Friday and Saturday mornings:
6:30-8:00
8:00-9:30

** 1 or 2 day a week, in person training will be an additional monthly fee**

In person (location depending) or even virtual — I can handle your meet. If in person, this includes helping you warm up, watching all your lifts and picking your next attempts. Virtually I will be a bit limited, but as long as there is a live stream and someone there to help me communicate with you, I can pick all your lifts. Goal for either is to take the stress away from picking weights and let you focus on the heavy lifting!
